Bus shelter ads for API Wellness. A large portion of the agency’s clients used bus lines and walking as their means of transportation. Large-scale advertisements were displayed on specific bus shelters/cross streets in Downtown San Francisco and the Tenderloin district, to reach people where they lived and traveled. I conducted 1-on-1 interviews with residents and people traveling in those areas, providing data and insight that informed imagery and language used in the advertisement. Focus group and individual interviews were also conducted with staff. Palm-card size flyers of the ad were placed in organizations that collaborated with the agency, and distributed to the public.
